Acceptable use
You agree to use WeUplift lawfully, respectfully, and only to request, vouch for, discover, or provide legitimate direct help. You may not harass others, submit false information, impersonate anyone, misuse platform data, interfere with service operation, or attempt to bypass safety controls.
Voucher responsibilities
Vouchers must personally know the beneficiary, submit truthful and current information, avoid exaggerating needs, respond to reasonable review requests, update profiles when circumstances change, and never exploit the platform or beneficiary story for personal gain.
No cash transfer policy
WeUplift is designed for direct fulfillment only. Helpers should pay verified bills, send groceries or essential supplies, purchase school or medical needs, or provide other approved non-cash support. Users must not request, route, or pressure others for cash transfers through the platform.
Fraud and misuse consequences
We may reject, flag, hide, or remove profiles; reduce trust scores; suspend or remove accounts; preserve relevant records; and cooperate with safety, payment, platform, or legal processes when fraud, misleading information, exploitation, or misuse is suspected.
Limitation of liability
WeUplift provides a community coordination platform and does not guarantee that any profile, request, helper action, delivery, bill payment, or outcome will be error-free, available, or successful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeUplift is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
